While I was at my day job, I glanced at the calendar and realized that on the day before this sent, I released Chaos Wolf four years ago. If you had asked me ten years ago if I would be doing this, I would have laughed at the thought. In a little over a month, I will release my second novel Chaos Hunt (and a little something extra, but more on that in a future email). Besides the two novels, I have three published short stories, a rough draft, and notes for three more novels.
I won’t say that everything went the way I had planned for my writing career. Those plans crumbled shortly before Chaos Wolf’s release, and then the pandemic chucked what remained out the window. But through it all, I have continued writing, continued learning, continued growing. The word that keeps coming to mind is gratitude – for the people who have guided and taught me, and for you the readers. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
